To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be returned within 15 days of delivery, unused, in original condition with all packaging. Customized, perishable, and final sale items are not eligible.

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. COD orders will be refunded via store credit or bank transfer.
Customized items, perishable goods, and final sale products cannot be refunded.
